EdgeUno knows that you care about how your Personal Data is used and shared, and we appreciate your confidence that we will carefully and sensibly do so. This Privacy Notice describes how EdgeUno and its affiliates (collectively “EdgeUno” or “Company”) collect and process your Personal Data through EdgeUno websites, devices, products and services (collectively “EdgeUno Services”). By using EdgeUno Services, you are consenting to the practices described in this Privacy Notice.

What Is Our Personal Data Confidentiality Notice?

Esteemed customers, business partners, visitors, job candidates and staff members; EdgeUno attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. As such, whenever in the capacity of “data controller” pursuant to the Law we wish to inform you about how your personal data is processed This Notice intends sustainability of the Company’s principle of carrying out its operations transparently. Within this scope, hereby we state basic principles adopted in respect of compliance with the Company data processing operations, and with arrangements set forth at the Law and practices fulfilled by EdgeUno. The Notice is aimed at real persons whose personal data is processed by the Company through automatic means or non-automated means provided that they are not part of any data recording system. The Notice is posted by the Company on its internet website and declared to the public. EdgeUno reserves the right to amend the Notice in parallel with legal arrangements.

What Types Of Personal Data Does Edgeuno Use?

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. Categories of personal data that may be processed by EdgeUno are as follows. Identity Data: Collection of data about an individual person, such as ID number, full name, place and date of birth, marital status, and gender. Contact Data: Collection of data that may be used for reaching out to a person, such as telephone number, postal address, e-mail, facsimile number, and IP address. Sensitive Personal Data: : Data which are, by their nature, particularly sensitive in relation to fundamental rights and freedoms, such as medical data obtained from staff members under personnel affairs and occupational safety, biometric data (fingerprints and facial scanning), and criminal records. Visual Data: Pictures of people obtained upon recruitment of staff or image from surveillance cameras used for the safety of EdgeUno physical environments. Audio Data: Voice of people recorded during call center calls or obtained from surveillance cameras at EdgeUno physical environments. Employee Data: Collection of data in the employee personnel file, such as profession, academic background, financial information, ID, and contact details. Purchased Product Information: Data entered into EdgeUno databases under manufacturer’s warranty and responsibility, as well as fulfillment of technical service or installation service regarding products and services purchased. Contract Data: : Information entered into EdgeUno’s database as a result of contractual relationships established with business partners, suppliers, customers, and outsourcers, such as signatures, signature circulars and company data. Position Data: Collection of data regarding employees’ job positions stored for the purpose of internal audit. Performance Data: Staff members data processed for the purpose of improving internal audit and functionality, and to monitor the performance of business partners out of the company.
CATEGORIES OF DATA OWNER EXPLANATION
1 Customer Means real persons who benefit from products and services offered by the Company.
2 Prospective Customer Means real persons who show an interest in using products and services offered by the Company, with potential to become a customer.
3 Employee Means real persons who provide service at the Company under an employment contract.
4 Visitor Means real persons who visit the Company and the Company’s store, campus, and website.
5 Job Candidate Means real persons who applied for a job by sending a CV to the Company or via other methods.
6 Third Parties Means real persons excluding above-mentioned Respective Person Categories and Company employees.
7 Business partners, suppliers, and their employees Parties and their employees with whom the Company establishes business partnership for purposes such as carrying out commercial operations and providing goods or services to the Company in accordance with its instructions.

  • If you do not want to receive e-mails or other types of communication from us, please adjust your Customer Preferences. If you don’t want to receive in-app notifications from us, please adjust your notification settings in the app or device.
  • You will also be able to opt out of certain other types of data usage by updating your settings on the applicable EdgeUno website (e.g., in “Manage Your Content and Devices”), device, or app. Most non-EdgeUno devices also provide users with the ability to change device permissions (e.g., disable/access location services, contacts). For most devices, these controls are in the device’s settings menu. If you have questions about how to change your device permissions on devices manufactured by third parties, we recommend you contact your mobile service carrier or your device manufacturer.
  • In addition, to the extent required by applicable law, you may have the right to request access to or deletion of your personal data. If you wish to do so, please contact Customer Service.
How Does EdgeUno Ensure Security And Confidentiality Of Personal Data?
  • In order to prevent unlawful disclosure, access, transfer of personal data by the Company or security breaches that may occur otherwise, any measure necessary according to the quality of data to be protected is taken within the bounds of possibility.
  • Within this scope the Company takes any kinds of necessary (i) administrative and (ii) technical measures, (iii) an audit system is established within company structure and (iv) in the event of unlawful disclosure of personal data, action is taken in accordance with measures set forth.

How Can You Connect With Us?
  • In order to exercise all your rights stated above, you can e-mail dpo@edgeuno.com with documents that confirm your identity, or by filling out the application form on www.edgeuno.com or another written document that meets the application conditions required by the relevant legislation. You can send it by e-mail in the original signed form or directly to our company address.
  • In the event that the data owners (relevant persons) submit their requests regarding their personal data to our Company in writing, the necessary processes will be carried out to ensure that they are finalized as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest.
  • Within the scope of ensuring data security, the company may request information to determine whether the applicant is the owner of the personal data subject to the application. EdgeUno may also ask questions about the application of the Relevant Person to ensure that the application is concluded in accordance with the request.
  • EdgeUno may decline the request with its justification when (i) there is a possibility to impede the rights and freedoms of other people, (ii) it requires disproportionate effort, or (iii) the information is public
